Service Requests

Submitting a request through our website or by phone does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, schedule your service, and go over any required details.

Estimates & Pricing

All prices provided prior to service are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on inspection, required parts, and labour. We will always communicate changes or additional work before proceeding.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible so we can adjust our schedule and assist other customers.

Customer Responsibility

Please provide accurate information about your vehicle or equipment when booking. Providing the correct year, make, model, or description helps us prepare and avoid delays or misdiagnosis.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

  • Debit

  • Credit (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Cash

  • Cheque

  • Phone payments by credit card, when necessary

Receipts are provided for all transactions. Please let us know in advance if you require a detailed invoice for your records or for business purposes.

Parts Sourcing

We use trusted suppliers to source quality parts and materials for all repairs and maintenance. In some cases, specialty parts may need to be ordered in advance. If this affects your service timeline, we’ll let you know right away. If you wish to supply your own parts, please discuss this with us in advance. We may not be able to guarantee work completed using customer-supplied parts.

Return Visits & Follow-Up Work

If you experience an issue related to a recent repair or service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to take another look and assess the situation. Additional work or unrelated issues may be billed accordingly.
